Parmesan Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients:Parmesan Roasted Potatoes2
• 6 medium potatoes quartered into wedges
• 4 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
• 3-4 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ¾ tsp black pepper
• ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

• Preheat oven to 425.
• In a large bowl combine olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, black pepper and parmesan cheese.
• Roast in the oven for approximately 30 – 40 minutes. Remove when they are golden brown.
• Yield: 6 servings
