Cherry Salsa

1 cup dark sweet cherries, pitted
2 Tbsp basil, chopped
3 Tbsp green bell pepper, minced
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
Salt to taste

Chop the cherries into small pieces and combine with the remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hours

Yield: 8 servings
